LSU Holds Steady In Polls Even With Loss To McNeese

The LSU Tigers baseball team won three out of four games last week.  They started off with a loss to McNeese 5-4 on Wednesday here in Lake Charles before sweeping Wichita State over the weekend in Baton Rouge.

The Tigers held steady this week even after their loss to McNeese.  They are ranked #6 in the Baseball America Top 25 and Perfect Game Top 25.  They are still holding firm at #7 in the D1Baseball.com Top 25 and Collegiate Baseball Top 30.

The Tigers will have a five games this week and all of them will be in the comfy confines of Alex Box Stadium in Baton Rouge.

The Tigers played last night against Louisiana College and blanked them 13-0.

LSU will take on New Orleans tonight before starting SEC play this weekend when they welcome in the Georgia Bulldogs.
