It is football season and the McNeese Cowboys return home for the first time since their huge victory over the University of South Florida last week.  The Cowboys will take on Arkansas-Pine Bluff this Saturday September 7th. The McNeese Cowboys Football team got a historic win last Saturday night against FBS opponent, the University of South Florida.  With the win, they also received a huge payday!

The McNeese Cowboys football team kicked off the 2013 football season in a huge way last night.  The Cowboys beat the University of South Florida 53-21 and with doing so, they also broke a couple of college football records.

The McNeese Cowboys are gearing up for the 2013 football season and tonight they will hold their annual 'Cowboy Night' at Cowboys stadium. This is a chance for fans to go out and see the McNeese football team first hand for free as they gear up for their first game on August 31st.

It is getting real close football fans!  The LSU Tigers football team reported to camp yesterday and now today the McNeese Football players report to fall camp at the Jack Doland field house.

The McNeese athletic department announced today the launch of their new free McNeese Sports Mobile App for iPhone and android phone users.

The McNeese baseball team who are 19-18 on the season and 6-9 Southland Conference play will take on the University of Louisiana-Lafayette here in Lake Charles this Tuesday night April 23rd. The Cowboys are going into Tuesday's game against Louisiana-Lafayette trying to snap a four game losing streak.

The McNeese baseball team who are 17-9 on the season and 5-1 Southland Conference play had a successful weekend sweeping Northwestern State in all three games in their conference home opener. Now the Cowboys will look to stay on their winning ways tonight when they take on Louisiana-Lafayette.
