Crawfish

What's the first thing you do when you get a bag of crawfish? I pour them into a tub and fill it with salt water to purge them because I like my mud bugs without the mud. I had no idea I was doing it wrong.

So if you are going to grab bags of crawfish and run out of the store without paying for them ... maybe you should be in good enough shape to have enough lung power to blow into your ignition interlock so you can start your car. I would be embarrassed to be this guy.

Apparently these four geniuses in Roanoke, LA got hungry for Crawfish and instead of doing what any decent upstanding citizen would do which is buy them, they decided to just raid a crawfish farm and take what they wanted.

The Original Downtown Crawfish Festival entertainment starts tonight featuring Damon Troy and Final Five.  Also, I will be out there broadcasting live from the Lake Charles Civic Center. The 2nd annual original Downtown Crawfish festival is this weekend in Lake Charles.  The festival is chopped full of carnival rides, food and great entertainment. One of the big things the festival has is over ten thousand pounds of hot boiled crawfish and a great lineup of Cajun and Zydeco music.
