Morgan Wallen Headed to Lafayette Cajun Dome

Tuesday, November 16, will begin the sales of tickets to see Morgan Wallen inside of the Lafayette Cajun Dome. Despite the poor decision In February where Wallen was videoed saying a derogatory remark towards a friend on the street, the country artist has blown up all across the nation. Wallen apologized and began making his way back into the county scene. Despite being shunned by country labels and country music awards programs, Wallen has shot up into the charts and has an album, Dangerous, that is the only country album to ever sit on the Billboard top 200 for 10 weeks in a row. The only other album to ever do that was by Whitney Houston in 1987. With all of the controversy against Wallen, he has still experienced a huge surge in support from fans.

He's now scheduled to make an appearance in Lafayette during his 2022 tour in April. Tickets for the show go on sale November 16, at 10:00 am. With his steady popularity in the Louisiana area, I would expect tickets to sell out extremely fast, so you might want to set an alarm for this one.
