The LSU Tigers are the 2013 SEC Champions!  The Tigers beat Vanderbilt in extra innings to take the title.  The Tigers beat Vanderbilt, 5-4, in 11 innings to win their 10th Southeastern Conference Tournament title in school history.

Now the seeding and pairings have been released and LSU now knows who they will play.

LSU will host the NCAA Baton Rouge Regional in Alex Box Stadium beginning at 2 p.m. Friday when the Tigers take on Jackson State. The Louisiana-Lafayette Ragin' Cajuns will face Sam Houston State at 7 p.m. Friday in the second game of the four-team regional.

The regional will continue on Saturday and Sunday and, if necessary, will finish on Monday

When the reginal locations and seeding were announced yesterday, LSU was seeded 4th in the country behind North Carolina who was ranked #1 while Vanderbilt came in at #2 and Oregon State was ranked the 3rd seed. LSU, of course, was ranked the 4th seed.

The LSU, Jackson State game will be this Friday at 2 p.m. at Alex Box Stadium in Baton Rouge and will be on ESPN3.com
