History Channel To Debut New Louisiana Reality Show “Cajun Pawn Stars” [VIDEO]

The History Channel who has seen huge success with another show about Cajuns and Louisiana called "Swamp People" is now looking to cash in on the Louisiana reality show craze by debuting a new reality show called "Cajun Pawn Stars".

Of course, the History Channel already has a series called "Pawn Stars" that is based out of Las Vegas and is a huge hit too. This time they will feature a pawn shop in Alexandria, Louisiana.

Cajun Pawn Stars will feature the Silver Dollar Pawn & Jewelry Center in Alexandria, Louisiana, which is owned by Jimmie DeRamus, who runs the store along with his wife, Peggy, and their children, Johnnie and Tammie.

Cajun Pawn Stars is an American reality television series on the History channel, produced by Leftfield Pictures.
The show is the second spin-off of Pawn Stars, but unlike its first spinoff, American Restoration, Cajun Pawn Stars is entirely unrelated to the venue and crew of Pawn Stars -- the series revolves around another family-owned pawn shop.
