I think it’s safe to say 2020 has either increased people’s knowledge of multitasking in a social media world or it’s created people who will be left behind.

Big Brothers Big Sisters has been on cusp of innovation, and with the leadership of Erin Davidson, things have only gotten bigger and better. They are now preparing for their seventh annual Golf for Kids’ Sake fundraiser that will be held on Friday, October 30 at the Lake Charles Country Club, with lunch being served at 11:30am.

This year’s tournament will include two flights with the first at 8:00am and the second at 1:00pm. BBBS-SWLA will host golfers from the local professional community, who’ll be supporting the mentoring organization through sponsorships and team participation.

There will also be cash prizes for first, second, and third places. Sponsorship opportunities will be available if you would like to assist, as well. You can visit their website at www.bbbsswla.org. Also, if you would like additional information, please call 337-478-5437.
