5-4-3-2-1 Happy New Year everyone!  It's been a great year here at Cajun Radio and we wanted to say thank you to all of  you for making Cajun Radio what it has become! Reflecting back on this year, we have had a lot of fun with you guys and gals with great festivals, interviews and concerts.  Here is a look back on 2011.

Every year, it seems like Cajun music takes a bigger and bigger spotlight on the world stage, and we can certainly think of a few names that helped to make that phenomenon happen.  But in the end, who did 2011 BELONG to?  Who's year was it?  We're asking you to help us name the Cajun Radio 2011 Artist of the Year!

Wayne Toups is making his return to Southwest Louisiana this Friday Night at Yesterdays night club in Lake Charles. Wayne & Zydecajun will be rocking Yesterdays all night long and we have your tickets to go see him live.

Cajun Radio would like to say Happy Birthday to Wayne Toups who celebrated his Birthday yesterday October 2nd. Wayne has been entertaining us for years and we just wanted to say thanks and wish him the happiest of Birthdays.

The Zydecajun Man himself Wayne Toups will be LIVE at Delta Downs Racetrack,Casino & Hotel Sunday night for a Free concert.

Yesterday in the Burton Coliseum, you could feel the love in the air and a community coming together to support Holden Gothia.  Southwest Louisiana sure came through as the All-Star Benefit Concert was a huge success!!!

Damon Troy, Wayne Toups, Foret Tradition, and Jivin Gene have all stepped up along with Country Music Star Tracy Byrd to play for a benefit this Sunday for Heroes for Holden inside the Burton Coliseum.
