[WATCH] Eating At Buc-ee’s In New Braunfels, Texas All Day Long
When you combine my two most favorite things in this world, food and Buc-ee's, you've got a party waiting to happen.
The wonder that is Buc-ee's began in 1982. Founder Arch "Beaver" Aplin opened his first store in Clue, Texas. Since then Buc-ee's has grown to 43 current locations with plans of adding many more in the future.
The whole state of Louisiana had its heart broken in 2016. It had been announced in March of 2106 that Buc-ee's was expanding to its first location in the Bayou State in the city of Baton Rouge. However, that would not come to pass, because in October of 2016 the company announced that its expansion into Louisiana had been terminated.
Even that crushing blow couldn't tame my love for Buc-ee's and when I saw one of my favorite YouTubers, Ken Domik of KBD Productions TV, was going down to Texas to film eating at Buc-ee's the whole day I couldn't wait to see his amazing foodie adventure at the best gas station in the world.
Ken is a Canadian YouTuber, he had to put some serious cash into this trip, so I have to send kudos his way for not backing out. I love the variety on his foodie channel. Food reviews are his bread and butter, but he's also started to do stealth camping videos at fast food restaurants when doing reviews where he stays and eats there for 24 hours, and he bought a sprinter van to travel and stealth camp all over Canada.
