The McNeese Cowboys football team held their annual media and fan day yesterday at Cowboys stadium.  It allowed fans to come out and meet the players and coaches.  It was also a great opportunity for fans to get autographs and pictures. After all the reports that Tyrann Mathieu visited McNeese on Friday after being released from LSU, was the Honey Badger there?

Where was Tyrann Mathieu last night?  Well McNeese has confirmed that he was meeting with them last night. Now the question of the hour is, will he come to McNeese and play for the Cowboys?  Here is what we know so far.

Earlier today, we reported that Tyrann Mathieu was released from the LSU football program.  Now unconfirmed reports are flying out saying that 'The Honey Badger" is head to Lake Charles and McNeese State University. Now a tweet sent to Tyrann from former LSU teammate Josh Jasper has the rumors flying!

LSU head coach Les Miles officially announced today that Tyrann Mathieu, aka 'The Honey Badger," has been kicked off the LSU football team for a violation of team policy.  Could he have failed another drug test?  Officials aren't saying.
