Even though the LSU Tigers pulled out a last second victory over the Florida gators Saturday night 30-27, the Tigers still find themselves outside both national polls.

Even bigger news is that Mississippi State who beat up the Auburn Tigers Saturday, leap frogged over Florida State to take the number one spot in both of the major college football polls.

if you remember earlier in the season, Mississippi State came into death valley and beat LSU 34-29.

Next up for the Tigers is a date with the Kentucky Wildcats in Tigers Stadium this Saturday.  The game will kickoff at 6:30 p.m. and be televised on the SEC network.
