Ready or not, Mardi Gras weekend is almost here. With Mardi Gras comes several parades in Lake Charles starting on Thursday and finishing up on Fat Tuesday with the Krewe of Krewes parade. Here is a complete list of all the parade dates, times, and routes.

The first parade will be this Thursday, Feb. 28th 2019 with the lighted boat parade. The parade will happen right on the lake promenade, starting at 7:00pm.

Then on Friday, March 1st, 2019, get ready for the Merchants' parade. The parade will go from downtown Lake Charles, leaving the Civic Center and end in midtown Lake Charles. The parade starts at 7:00pm.

The Krewe of Omega parade will occur on Saturday, March 2nd, 2019. The parade will run through downtown Lake Charles at 2:00pm.

Then, Children's Mardi Gras day parade will occur on Sunday, March 3rd, 2019. It will leave from downtown Lake Charles and head down Ryan street and end at Sale Road. The parade begins at 3:30pm.

On Fat Tuesday, March 5th, 2019, get ready for two parades. First, it is the Motor Gras Parade, featuring vintage cars and trucks. That parade will leave downtown Lake Charles and head down Ryan Street to Midtown Lake Charles.

Then, it will be time for the big parade. The Krewe Of Krewes parade will be Tuesday night, March 5th, 2019. It rolls from downtown Lake Charles at the Civic Center and rolls down Ryan Street through the city. The parade starts at 5:00pm.
