CPSO Hosting Free Child Passenger Safety Check

The Calcasieu Parish Sheriff’s Office will be hosting a free child passenger safety seat check in Moss Bluff this Saturday June 8th, 2019.

The event will take place at the Moss Bluff Ward 1 Fire Department located at 1240 Joe Miller Road in Moss Bluff from 10am to 1pm.

According to Kim Myers with the Sheriff's Office,

CPSO deputies who have been certified as “Child Passenger Safety Technicians” will be available from 10:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. for anyone who has questions in reference to child restraint laws or wants to learn how to properly install a child's car seat.

So make plans to go by and make sure that you have the proper restraints for your child. It's free!
