I"m at it again.  I was surfing through You Tube and came across this video of the different stars of the History channels show "Swamp People" cooking up their favorite Cajun dishes. Swamp People star Mitchell Guist who died on Monday was laid to rest today. Guist also would have celebrated his birthday yesterday May 18th.  Guist was working on his house boat Monday when he collapsed. The 911 call revealed that the were trying to save Guist to no avail. Reports are coming in that one of the stars from the hit reality show "Swamp People" has died. Mitchell Guist who is featured on the show has died according to TMZ.
