After the Tigers finished the regular season at 9-3, it was announced Sunday that LSU was invited to the Outback Bowl which takes place in Tampa Florida.

The LSU ticket office has now announced that tickets for the game are now on sale to the general public.

Tickets for LSU’s first appearance in the Outback Bowl in 25 years are currently on sale to the general public, LSU associate athletic director for tickets Brian Broussardsaid.

Tickets in the LSU sections of Raymond James Stadium start at $80. To order, visit or call the LSU Athletics Ticket Office between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. Fans can also call the LSU Athletics Ticket Office at 800-960-8587 or 225-578-2184 to purchase tickets to the game.
LSU is allotted 12,000 tickets for the game.


LSU, who are 9-3 overall will take on Iowa who is 8-4 overall.  The Outback Bowl is Wednesday, January 1st and the game kicks off at noon Central Time from Raymond James Stadium, the home of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
