LSU Headed To Orlando To Take on Louisville In Citrus Bowl
The final college football rankings came out yesterday after all the conference championships were played Saturday. The LSU Tigers are now ranked 20th in the final rankings.
Yesterday, we also found out which bowl game LSU will play in and their opponent. LSU has been invited to the Citrus Bowl in Orlando and will take on #13 Louisville.
LSU finished the regular season with a beat down over Texas A&M. The won their last game 54-39 and the Tigers are 7-4 on the season.
Louisville was headed for a chance to play for a national championship this season until they ran into powerhouse Clemson. They lost that game to then #5 ranked Clemson 42-36. Louisville has lost their final two games of the season to Houston and Kentucky.
It's going to be an early start for the Citrus Bowl. I mean the crack of dawn early. The game is set for a 10:00 a.m. kickoff in Orlando, Florida. The game will be televised on ABC.
