Louisiana State Police To Conduct DWI Checkpoint In Jeff Davis Parish Friday May 25th

The Louisiana State Police will be conducting a DWI checkpoint somewhere in Jeff Davis parish this Friday. It is an ongoing effort to keep the highways and roadways safe.

Here is the information passed down to us from the Louisiana State Police.

In an effort to combat impaired driving in our area, Louisiana State Police Troop D plan to conduct a DWI checkpoint Friday, May 25, 2012, from approximately 9:00 p.m. to 3:00 a.m. at an undisclosed location in Jeff Davis Parish. Our mission will be to find and remove impaired drivers from the road before they can cause injury or death to themselves or others.
