The City of Lake Charles and the Acadiana Center for the Arts present Louisiana Crossroads in its 13th season at Central School. This year, Lake Charles will present four outstanding Louisiana performers, while keeping ticket prices affordable.

The first of four great concerts is set for Tonight, October 24th, 2012 at Central School in Lake Charles with super group Beausoleil.

Each show will feature a special host on stage, guiding lively discussion between performers and audience members. Learn about the lives, careers and challenges of your favorite Louisiana musicians. Join us and be a part of Louisiana music history!

 

Beausoleil Avec Michael Doucet

We are excited to kick off our Lake Charles Season with a very special performance by Grammy-Award winning Cajun super-group Beausoleil. Fronted by the charismatic singer and fiddler extraordinaire Michael Doucet, this will be a special night of mournful waltzes, foot stomping two steps with a bit of swing.
