Breaking news this morning.  Two people have been shot and killed at Grambling State University early this Wednesday morning.  Grambling University is about 40 miles west of Monroe, Louisiana.

Officials are saying that one of the victims was a student, and the other was not.  The two victims were found by officers in a courtyard on the campus between dorms.

The Lincoln Parish Sheriff's Office responded, and are on the scene now looking for the shooter, who is still at large.

Students at the University have been told by officials to stay in their dorms while police actively look for the suspect.

According to USA Today,

Grambling spokesman Will Sutton named the dead men as Earl Andrews and Monquiarious Caldwell, both 23.

Grambling is currently celebrating Homecoming this week.  Police are still at the scene, trying to get leads and track down the shooter.  Keep it here for updates.
