The Weather Channel’s Jim Cantore Headed To Lake Charles
I don't know why people get so excited over a weatherman, but it's official: Jim Cantore tweeted that he's headed to Lake Charles to cover Tropical Storm Cindy. Hope he gets here soon, though. The city is already putting up High Water signs at some of our more notorious intersections.
Anyway, welcome to Lake Charles, Jim! Assuming you made it into town, come on over and we'll fix you up some gumbo.
In the meantime, go check out what the Cajun weatherman, Kenny Cantore, has to say on the subject.
