Louisiana State University is penalizing themselves in the form of eight football scholarships and reduced recruiting visits after uncovering booster payments to the father of a football player. The penalties also affect former star wideout and current Cleveland Brown, Odell Beckham Jr., who was captured on video handing out cash to LSU players after their National Championship victory.

As a huge LSU football fan, I am always rooting for the former Tiger players who are now playing in the NFL. Well last night, I was watching the Dallas Cowboys and New York Giants football game and I saw the greatest catch I have ever seen not only in the NFL but in all of football.

The 2014 NFL draft is officially over and nine LSU Tiger football players were drafted to the NFL. A total of nine players were selected in the NFL Draft which has tied a LSU school record that was set in last year's draft.  It was also the most players to come from one football program in the nation.

Tomorrow night begins the 2014 NFL Draft from Radio City Music Hall in New York City.  This is were top college football prospects from all over the country hope to have their dreams come true and be drafted into the NFL. Scouts INC. released a list of the top 32 players that should be taken in the first round and early second round for 2014 and one LSU Tiger landed on that list.
