Deputy Chief Mark Kraus with the Lake Charles Police Department recently made a video about a very worthy cause which is the "Wishing Well" foundation of Southwest Louisiana.

Wishing Well is a non-profit organization which grants wishes to children are facing or have faced life threatening illnesses.
