NFL Season Begins Tonight — Saints Home Game Moved To Florida
The 2021 NFL football season kicks off tonight and football fans everywhere can't be more excited. The season begins with the defending Super Bowl champs, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers will host the Dallas Cowboys tonight.
The game will feature the world champs and the return of Dallas's quarterback Dak Prescott. The game kicks off at 7:20 pm and will be televised on NBC.
The New Orleans Saints will have to wait until Sunday to play in their first game. The Saints were supposed to have a home game this Sunday in the Superdome but because of Hurricane Ida ravaging New Orleans, the game has been moved.
The Saints will still be the home team for Sunday's game but they will be playing in Jacksonville, Florida at the home of the Jacksonville Jaguars. The Saints will face off against Aaron Rodgers and the Green Bay Packers. The game is set for 3:25 pm and will be televised on FOX.
With the retirement of future Hall of Famer Drew Brees, the game this Sunday will start a new era in New Orleans. Jameis Winton has been named the starter for the Saints with Taysom Hill as the backup.
The Sunday night game will feature the Chicago Bears facing the Los Angeles Rams in the Rams brand new stadium. The game will be on NBC and starts at 7:20 pm.
The Monday night game is the Baltimore Ravens taking on the Las Vegas Raiders. The Raiders also have a brand new stadium they will be debuting on Monday night called Allegiant Stadium. That game will be televised on ESPN at 7:15 pm.
