Movies Under the Stars Returns Every Friday In April In Lake Charles

Gather up the kiddo's and the spouse and get ready for a treat each Friday night in Lake Charles as the popular ‘Movies Under the Stars’ is back and will take place every Friday in April.

‘Movies Under the Stars’ is put on by the Calcasieu Parish Police Jury and features a family friendly atmosphere where you can take your family out for a night to take in a movie under a beautiful Louisiana night sky.

Movies will be shown each Friday night at the Prien Lake Park located at 3700 West Prien Lake Road in Lake Charles.

The lineup includes:

Friday, April 6th -- Despicable Me 3

Friday, April 13th -- Coco

Friday, April 20th -- Cars 3

Friday, April 27th -- Wonder

All the movies will start at Sundown at the Prien Lake Park.  Folks that plan on going are advised to bring their own blankets and lawn chairs and get there early for a good seat.
