Lake Charles Police DWI Checkpoints Next Two Nights September 16-17

Do you plan on going out the next two night in Lake Charles and having a cocktail or two?  Well i suggest you have a designated driver.

In an ongoing effort to keep our streets safe and to prevent drunk drivers on the roads, the Lake Charles Police Department will be conducting a DWI checkpoint in the City of Lake Charles tonight and tomorrow night somewhere in the city.

Mark Kraus of the LCPD said that The Lake Charles Police Department will be conducting checkpoints September 16th and 17th from 4:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at undisclosed locations in Lake Charles.
