The Calcasieu Parish Sheriff's Office law enforcement training academy is getting ready next week to graduate their 102nd class.  The CPSO's training facility not only trains their Deputies but deputies and police officers from other cities from a five parish area.

Wow 102 classes.  Some of you may know this but some may not.  I was a Deputy with the Calcasieu Parish Sheriff's office for 10 years and I am a proud member of the 61st basic graduating class.  We graduated in June 1997.
