On a personal note, I worked for the Sheriff's Office for 10 years.  I had a chance to work with Randy and to know him.  This past December, I was the DJ at the Sheriff's Office Christmas party.  I was on stage and Randy came up on stage to say hi and we got to visit with each other for a little while and I am so glad we did.

My sympathy's go out out to his wife and family.  When you are or were a police officer, it's like a brotherhood and today we lost one of our brothers.
