Area of Low Pressure In the Gulf has Little Chance of Developement
This low is not the real story. The real story is that it just popped up in the Gulf. Sure it is late in the season; but this proves it is not time to let our guard down.
The area of low pressure is located a couple of hundred miles east of Brownsville, Texas. Dry air and unfavorable upper-level winds will impeded it's further development. NOAA gives this storm a near 0% chance of formation. We will keep an eye on it for you.
