The principal of P.S. 90 in Brooklyn has told the children that they can’t sing “God Bless the U.S.A.” at their graduation because it might “offend people of other cultures”. Thanks to the severe weather, we're seeing a rash of road closures and school closures this morning. Schools in Beauregard, Jeff Davis and Vernon parishes are shut down today, as are schools in Acadia, Lafayette, St. Landry, Vermillion and St. Martin parishes .
