Hunter Hayes Talks To Ellen About His Grammy Performance [VIDEO]

Louisiana's own Hunter Hayes stopped by the Ellen show yesterday to discuss his Grammy performance and his new song called "Invisible".

Louisiana Native Hunter Hayes Wins CMA New Artist Of The Year

Hunter Hayes from Breaux Bridge, Louisiana burst on the country music scene about a year ago with his debut single "Storm Warning".  Since then Hunter has scored a #1 hit with his second song "Wanted".

Tonight, Hunter who started out playing accordion and playing Cajun Music, just won the Country Music Association (CMA) New Artist of the year award live on national television.

Hunter Hayes Inducted Into The Louisiana Music Hall Of Fame

It was a busy weekend for Hunter Hayes.  He performed a concert at a charity event and he sung the national anthem at the New Orleans Saints football game on Sunday.

During his concert Friday night, Hunter was surprised by Cajun and country music superstar Jo-EL Sonnier with the honor of being inducted into the Louisiana Music Hall Of Fame.  Sonnier, who did the honor, is also a member of the Hall Of Fame.

Louisiana's own Hunter Hayes is returning back to his home state this weekend and will donate his time for a charity event and to sing the National Anthem at the Saints/Redskins game this Sunday Sept. 9th.
