The Lake Charles Chapter of the Cajun French Music Association is holding it's annual fundraiser and dance On Friday, October 31st at the CFMA building in Lake Charles.

Bigg Redd and Creole Soul is live this Thursday Night October 9th in concert at Coushatta Casino Resort.

Timmy Dugas and Zydecane Cajun band will be performing Friday night October 3rd at the Gator lounge inside Delta Downs racetrack Casino.

Cajun music star Jamie Bergeron turns the big 4-0 today as he celebrates his birthday today. Jamie is from Mire, Louisiana and is proud to tell everyone where he is from. Jamie has been on the Cajun music scene for years now giving us some great traditional Cajun music and his unique spin on new music.

Cajun music star Ganey Arsement will perform live in Lake Charles, Louisiana today at the Cash and Carry Farmers Market from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

The Cajun French Music Association (CFMA) will be hosting a Cajun Dance and Jam Session tonight, September 5th in Lake Charles and they will also be featuring the Midnight Ramblers and other special guests.

Today, we celebrate the Co-founder of Cajun Radio Dave Soileau. Today is Dave's Birthday and he would have turned "68" today. This morning, I am paying tribute to Dave, My dad, by playing his favorite music, telling stories, playing track of his voice that we have and even having special guests telling stories about him. Kinder native and Cajun music artist Bernie Alan is making his return back to Coushatta Casino Resort this Thursday Night. He will be playing at the Mikko center in Kinder.

The 38th annual Gueydan Duck Festival kicked off last night with a mega lineup of entertainment and tonight is no different. The festival tonight will include a great variety of music from T.K. Hulin, Jamie Bergeron and the Todd O'Neill Band.
