McNeese Cowgirls Face Off Against #2 Kentucky In The “Big Dance”

The McNeese Cowgirls found out their fate last night when the NCAA released the 2012 tournament bracket.  The Cowgirls who picked up the #15 seed will take on #2 seed Kentucky Saturday afternoon in Ames, Iowa.

The game will be televised live and broadcast live on the radio too.The Cowgirls and the Wildcats lock up at 3:20 p.m. Saturday and the game will be televised on ESPN2.  If you won't be by a TV, you can listen to the game here on Cajun Radio on 1470 am and Cajunradio.net.

This is the second straight appearance for the Cowgirls in the big dance.  Last year the Cowgirls lost in the first round so hopefully this year it will be different.  Good luck Cowgirls!
