After a tough, heartbreaking loss on Sunday night to UCLA, the LSU Tigers baseball team find themselves fighting for the College World Series lives today as they have the tough task of taking on No. 1 seeded North Carolina in an Elimination game.

The winner moves on while the loser goes home.  We have all the info about what time the game will be played and what channel the game will shown.

Update: The LSU Tigers lost 4-2 to North Carolina this afternoon eliminating LSU from the college world series and ends their season. 

Update 5:15 p.m.--  LSU left 13 men on base and lost to North Carolina 4-2 this afternoon in Omaha, Nebraska.  The loss ends the Tigers season and their bid for their 7th national championship.  The Tigers finish the year with a 57-11 record and there the SEC champions.  Even though the Tigers came up short, they had a terrific season!

LSU who are 57-10 on the season will take on North Carolina who is 57-11 on the year in a College World Series elimination game at TD Ameritrade Park in Omaha, Nebraska.  Today's game will be televised by ESPN and first pitch will be at 2:00 p.m.

The winner of Tuesday’s game will play either UCLA or North Carolina State at 7 p.m.  Thursday night.
