Over the weekend, an altercation outside of a Lake Charles nightclub resulted in one person being shot and killed and the shooter is on the loose and the Calcasieu Parish Sheriff's Office is actively looking for the suspect. 

In a press release from the Calcasieu Parish Sheriff's office, a verbal altercation occured inside the "Keg" nightclub on Highway 90 in Lake Charles.  Once both parties involved were removed from inside the club, the altercation continued outside where Quincy James Lede, 33, of Lake Charles, was shot by the suspect Jordan Mykole Davi. Subsequently, Lede was found dead in the parking lot from an apparent gunshot wound to the chest.

An arrest warrant has been issued for Jordan Mykole Davis 23, 1835 Rena St., Lake Charles. He is being charged with 2nd degree murder and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.  Judge Ron Ware set his bond at $350,000.

The Calcasieu Parish Sheriff's Office Detectives are still actively searching for Davis in connection with Sunday morning’s homicide.  Anyone with any information on the whereabouts of Jordan Mykole Davis is asked to call the Sheriff’s Office at 491-3605 or Crimestoppers at 439-2222.
