Will You Let Your Children Get the COVID-19 Vaccine?
I am sure this is a question that many would want to know. There are many adults who are still on the fence about getting the COVID vaccination. Obviously, many have their own reasons for not wanting to get one. I know many people who have gotten one, including my in-laws and brothers, who are looking to try and get back to some type of normalcy.
So with adults having the chance to get their vaccinations since mid-February, will you be letting your children get it? This comes as news has been released that Louisiana children can get the COVID-19 vaccine beginning today. As a matter of fact, children as young as twelve can receive Pfizer's vaccine.
Will you be having conversations with your kids about it? Also, do you have any reservations for doing so? I have spoken with various friends of mine just to get their takes on it and to find out whether or not they had any negative effects. There have been different stories of slight arm pain, chills, drowsiness, and some have had none at all. Today, it was also announced by the CDC that masks indoors and outdoors are no longer required if you have been fully vaccinated.
I know this will be a topic for many. However, I am excited to be getting back to some type of normalcy out there. But guess what? I will still be wearing my mask until there is confirmation this is truly a thing of the past.
