The Supreme Court Upholds "ObamaCare"
Keep checking back for updates on this evolving story.
President Obama scored himself a major election year victory today when The Supreme Court upheld a large part of his unprecedented health care reform laws.

Though the law is written in a confusing vortex of mandates, The Supreme Court says that one specific mandate, which requires that most Americans buy health insurance or pay a fine, is constitutional as a tax.
Perhaps the most surprising facet of this victory is the fact that Chief Justice John Roberts, a conservative appointed by President George W. Bush, gave the key vote to preserve the health care law.
President Obama is expected to make a statement regarding this win in the next two hours, but already many are saying that this is a huge get for his re-election campaign.
