Saints Head Coach Sean Payton underwent successful surgery yesterday morning at Ochsner Medical Center to repair his left tibial plateau fracture and lateral meniscal tear. The injury occurred Sunday afternoon on the sidelines of the Saints/Tampa Bay football game. Tight end Jimmy Grahm of the Saints was forced out of bounds during a play and ran right into Payton injuring him.  Here is the late
