We had two questions for you this past week. One dealt with falling crude prices effects on local jobs. The other was about the Louisiana State Police 20% raise for troopers.

State representatives and senators voted to give Louisiana State Troopers a 20% raise. Starting pay for troopers will go from $35,000 to $42,000 per year. We wondered what you thought about this raise.

This morning around 6:00 a.m. the Louisiana State Police were called to Highway 90 in Sulphur in reference to a three vehicle crash.
