“Spring Into Health” This Saturday

The Lake Charles Civic Center Amphitheater will serve as the setting for the Spring Into Health event this Saturday, 6/2, from 8AM until noon.

The free event is a partnership between the city of Lake Charles and Healthy Blue. The day begins with screenings and registration at 8:00, a warm-up at 8:30, and a run/walk 5K at 9:00.

Bring the family because there will be kids activities, health education information, food and drinks provided.
