McNeese Football Unveils New Camouflage Jerseys In Honor Of Military For First Home Game Sept. 12

The McNeese Cowboys football team are gearing up for the 2015 football season and will take on the LSU Tigers on September 5th in Baton Rouge.  After that, the Cowboys will return back to Lake Charles and host their first home game of the season with a different look.

For the second straight season, the Pokes will wear camouflage jerseys for their 2015 Military Appreciation Day.  The new jerseys I have to say are pretty sweet!

The new jersey look just like the regular Cowboys jersey's but with a unique twist.  The numbers on the jerseys are blue and gold camouflage along with the shoulder pad area also dawn the blue and gold camouflage.

If you remember last season, the Pokes football team wore blue camo jerseys in the home opener against Prairie View.

The 2015 home opener for the McNeese Cowboys is Saturday September 12th and the team will take on University of the Incarnate Word at 6:00 p.m. in Cowboy Stadium.  That is where you will be able to see the new camouflage jerseys.
