McDonald’s Donates Basketballs/Footballs To LCPD For Local Kids

A joint effort betweeen McDonalds Restaurants and the Lake Charles Police Department is underway giving out Footballs and Basketballs to local youth in the area.

Deputy Chief Mark Kraus released this statement about the project.

The Lake Charles Police Department will be handing out footballs and basketballs to local kids on the street. McDonalds is sponsoring this effort for Police Officers to have a better relationship with local youth. We are hoping this will be a great tool for officers to interact and encourage children.
