LSU, McNeese And Ragin’ Cajuns Kickoff Football Season In One Week
Are you getting as excited as I am about the start of college football? Well, we are only one week away from the kick-off to the 2016 college football season, and our three local Louisiana college football teams will all be in action next Saturday.
The LSU Tigers will be on a national stage when they travel to Green Bay to play at legendary Lambeau filed to take on Wisconsin. The game is set to kick off next Saturday, September 3rd at 2:30 p.m. and the game will be televised nationally on ABC.
The McNeese Cowboys will start the 2016 campaign at home here in Lake Charles when they take on Tarleton State. Kickoff is set for 6:00 p.m. The game will be aired on the radio on our sister station 92.9 the Lake.
The ULL Ragin' Cajuns in Lafayette start the 2016 season also next Saturday, and will host a big named squad. The Ragin' Cajuns will take on Boise State at Cajun Field. Boise state is known for the smurf blue football field. Kickoff is set for 11:00 a..m. next Saturday morning and the game will televised on the American Sports Network.
The game will also be aired on our sister station Cajun Radio 1470 & 1290 AM, and streamed live on Cajunradio.com.
