LSU Football Has Two Players Drafted In First Round Of NFL Draft

The 2012 NFL Draft kicked off last night with the first round of picks. The LSU Tigers football team had two of their players drafted and are now headed to the NFL.

Cornerback Morris Claiborne was selected 6th overall and is headed to the big 'D". The Dallas Cowboys traded up so that they could draft Claiborne to help on their defense.

Defensive tackle Michael Brockers was drafted at #14 and is headed to the St. Louis Rams.

The second and third round picks will begin tonight at at 6pm tonight and will be televised live on ESPN.
