The LSU football team are coming off a huge win against then #5 Florida over the weekend, winning 37-34 in the swamp in Gainsville.

After the loss, Florida fell from the rankings. They went from #6 to #11 in both the AP poll and the Coaches poll. Florida still will be in action this weekend taking on #1 Alabama in the SEC Championship. The game will be played in Atlanta Saturday night at 7:00pm on CBS.

The LSU Tigers have one more game on their schedule for the 2020 season. They will take on Ole Miss this Saturday in Baton Rouge. The game was supposed to be played originally on December 5 but was moved to this Saturday.

The Tigers sit at 4-5 on the season and will be looking to win Saturday to even their record at 5-5 and finish the regular season at 500. Ole Miss are 4-4 on the year. The reason they have only played eight games this year is because last week's game against Texas A&M was postponed due to COVID-19 concerns.

Can the LSU Tigers get a bowl bid? Nope because they have put themselves on a self imposed bowl ban for 2020. This means that LSU will not play in a bowl game for the first time since 1999. That means they would miss playing a bowl game for the first time in 21 years.

LSU hosts Ole Miss this Saturday in Baton Rouge at 2:30pm and the game will be televised on the SEC Network.
