The Tigers baseball squad had five games last week which they won four of them.  With the one loss to Southeastern Louisiana last week, the voters didn't see enough to move the LSU baseball team up in the polls.

The Tigers are ranked #16 in the Baseball America Top 25 which is exactly where the stood last week.  Also LSU stayed at #22 in the D1baseball.com Top 25.  LSU however did move up one spot to #13 in the Collegiate Baseball Top 30 where they were ranked #14 last week.

LSU has another five games on the scheduled this week.  First they will host Southern tonight at Alex Box stadium.  First pitch for the game is at 6:30 p.m.

The Tigers then will travel to Lafayette to take on the Ragin' Cajuns tomorrow night at M.L. "Tigue" Moore Field.  First pitch is at 6:30 p.m. The game will be televised on CST.

Then this weekend they will host Hawaii for three games in Baton Rouge.
