The #1 ranked LSU Tigers took care of business last Friday beating then # 3 Arkansas 41-17 which secured there spot into the SEC Championship.  The Tigers will play # 12 Georgia this Saturday.

All of the polls were released yesterday and the Tigers are still #1 in all the polls plus the widened there gap from first to second place in all polls.

The Tigers finished the regular season a perfect 12-0 (8-0 SEC). The Tigers website reported:

A 41-17 victory over then-No. 3 Arkansas put the LSU Football team in Saturday's Southeastern Conference Championship game, where the No. 1-ranked Tigers will face No. 12 Georgia.

Kickoff for the SEC Championship game will be 3 p.m. CT at the Georgia Dome. The game will be televised by CBS, with ESPN College GameDay on hand for its 8-11 a.m. CT morning show.
