Reports say that the COVID-19 outbreak within the LSU team stems from recent Halloween festivities.

Tigers Stadium was rocking last night as the LSU Tigers beat the Idaho Vandals 63-14 for their record setting 40th straight non-conference regular season victory and their 20th straight home victory in a row. With LSU's big win and USC losing to Stanford, the Tigers moved up in the AP and USA Today Coaches polls.

The Southeastern Conference has announced that the LSU and Auburn Football game slated for Saturday, September 22nd will be nationally televised and game time has been set.

Texas A&M were set to welcome the McNeese Cowboys for their home opener on Aug. 30, but word broke Wednesday that the Aggies have broken that contract to play Louisiana Tech instead.  The move has left McNeese scrambling to fill the hole in their schedule and could put the Cowboys facing off against a conference rival twice in the same season.

Indianapolis Colt Joseph Addai knows a bit about national championships, having played for LSU when they won theirs in 2003. All these years later, he gets to watch as his alma mater once again plays for the top title in the land. I interviewed him before that game in 2003 and again recently. What's it like to be on both sides of the sideline?

The #1 ranked LSU Tigers took care of business last Friday beating then # 3 Arkansas 41-17 which secured there spot into the SEC Championship.  The Tigers will play # 12 Georgia this Saturday. All of the polls were released yesterday and the Tigers are still #1 in all the polls plus the widened there gap from first to second place in all polls.
