Jennings And Welsh Both Play For Spots In Football State Championship Tonight

And then there were two!  Out of all the high school football teams in Southwest Louisiana there are only two left in our area.

Tonight the Jennings Bulldogs and the Welsh Greyhounds both play in Semi Final games with a chance to win and punch their ticket to the Superdome and play for a State Championship.

In Class 3A, the Jennings Bulldogs will take on West Feliciana.  The Bulldogs have only lost two games this year while West Feliciana has only lost one game.  The game will be a home game in West Feliciana.

In Class 2A, the Welsh Greyhounds will take on Many.  It will be a home game for Welsh so you know the stadium will be packed tonight.  Welsh has only lost one game this season while Many has two loses on the year.

Both games will kick off at 7:00 p.m.  the Jennings game will be aired on the radio on 1470 & 1290 Am's and on Cajunradio.com/listen-live.
