The night before Christmas, a mysterious train that stops in front of a young boy's house headed for the North Pole. The Conductor invites him to come aboard, and he discovers that not only is the train full of other children, but they will also visit Santa Claus!
He embarks on a fantastic journey aboard the magical Polar Express and learns a few important lessons along the way -the importance of believing, friendship, respect for leadership and courage, and kind to others. My family went and I can tell you first hand, it's fabulous! And yes, Christmas PJ attire is required and delightful! The movie comes to life as the train leaves the station and they include every element of the movie; the golden ticket, the conductor, hot chocolate scene, the hobo on top of the train, right down to the magical Christmas bell.
The Conductor reads the classic children's book, as THE POLAR EXPRESS leaves the station and heads to the North Pole. Throughout the journey, passengers can enjoy the movie reenactment with all the characters, the songs, hot delicious coco, a fantastic musical performance.
