Anyhow, ever wonder what the 'i' on every Apple product stands for? I never gave it much more attention after assuming it meant "intelligent". We are discussing smart products, after all.

As stated on the Digital Trends website, it all began with the iMac in 1998. In 1997, Apple was on the verge of bankruptcy when Steve Jobs rejoined the business. The iMac computer came to the rescue in 1998, a year later. As per Digital Trends.

But the well-known "i" has always meant more than that, particularly in this day and age when the internet is taken for granted. Subsequent to the iMac, the iBook and iPod were introduced. Then, at last, the iPhone—a phone with an internet connection—was released, revolutionizing mobile technology.

Digital Trends claims that the iconic lowercase "i" found on practically all Apple products has historically represented the words "individual," "instruct," "inform," and "inspire," in addition to "internet." This fact makes the iconic "i" really timeless.
